Quick answers
When do payouts arrive?
Payouts start as soon as we can confirm your board registration. After that, funds settle to your account within one business day of the donation clearing.
Can I refund a donation?
Yes, in full or in part, from the payment itself. The donor sees the refund on their statement within two to five working days depending on the method.
How do I add a new campaign reference?
Campaign references are free text you send with the payment. Nothing needs configuring on our side before you use a new one.
Where do I find my API keys?
Settings, then Developers, in the dashboard. Live keys are shown once; sandbox keys can be regenerated at any time.
